Welcome to my little corner of the internet—I’m so happy you’re here.

Health, wellness, and simplicity have been woven into my life for as long as I can remember. They even led me to complete a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Alberta. But after graduating? I had no idea what I wanted to do with it.

I bounced through job after job, trying to find something—anything—that combined my nutrition background, my personal wellness journey, my type-A love for organization, my creative side, and my desire to genuinely help people.

It took years (and a lot of tears), but I finally found the answer: content creation.

When I’m not blogging or building Notion templates for moms who want to simplify their lives, you can usually find me walking our St. Bernedoodle, drinking yet another cup of coffee, listening to a podcast, or rereading Harry Potter for the millionth time.

A Little About Me…

There was a time when I felt completely lost—crying myself to sleep, wondering what was “wrong” with me even though, on paper, my life looked perfectly fine. I had a stable job, an apartment I could afford, and a partner who loved me deeply after years of toxic relationships… yet I still felt empty.

Eventually, I reached a breaking point. I knew something had to change.

I had no idea that moment would become the starting point of a transformation—one that would lead me to running my own business, becoming a mom to two beautiful boys, living on a farm with a view that could honestly be a stock photo, and feeling more grounded and fulfilled than I ever imagined.

My life isn’t perfect (whose is?), but it is intentional, aligned, and deeply mine.

This blog is a collection of everything I’ve learned along the way—about wellness, habits, motherhood, simplicity, and becoming the version of yourself you actually like.

My hope is that by sharing my journey, you’ll feel a little less alone, a little more inspired, and a lot more capable of creating the life you want.

Welcome to the journey. I’m so glad you’re here.

But getting here wasn’t easy…
